Rob took me to my first ever footy match between Hawthorn and Richmond at the MCG. It was amazing, the crowd was fairly big for just a weekend match, I think it was near 50,000 people. Everyone is really into the footy here and are big on supporting their teams. Rob, his mum and sister are all keen Hawthorn supporters and brought along a team scarf so I didn't feel left out. The game is split into quarters which each last twenty five minutes with added on time which usually means they run to about half an hour. It was also a boiling hot day today.
