Day 7: Saksaywaman and Cristo Blanco
We had no real plans for today so we walked into the centre of Cusco and decided to walk up to the famous Cristo Blanco and the Inca site: Saksaywaman. When we got to the top of the hill above the city we found that we had to pay 70 soles just to get into the Inca site, so instead we walked around, climbed over and managed to not pay a thing! Afterwards, we found a nice little restaurant and I tried my first bit of Alpaca! Its tastes like a mixture between venison and beef so it was actually really yummy.
